Where We Work
We're based at 200 Plaza Dr in Highlands Ranch, and our calls come from this side of the metro - a mile north a couple miles southeast just west of us, and out to places like Louviers, Columbine, and Sedalia within a few miles. Beyond that we take calls as far as Roxborough Park, Ken Caryl, Cherry Hills Village, and out to The Pinery and Franktown when the job fits our route.
What ties this territory together is the housing. Most of it went up between 1938 and 2005, with the bulk of it 1960s and 70s stock spread across 31 named areas. That's a lot of original torsion springs reaching the end of their cycle life, and a lot of openers from an era before rolling codes and battery backup were standard. We see the same handful of failure points over and over because the houses were built in the same handful of decades.
We don't claim to cover the whole Front Range. We work this stretch of the south metro because we know the hardware that's actually in these garages - not a catalog of everything ever installed, just what's common here.
Who You Are Dealing With
You're calling a garage door company, not a call center that dispatches whoever's closest. When you reach us at (720) 538-5265, you're talking to someone who works on doors in this climate band - classified as severe cold - where steel contracts, lubricant gums up, and galvanized cable corrodes faster near expansion joints that see freeze-thaw cycling all winter. That's not weather trivia, it's why certain springs and rollers fail here on a schedule that wouldn't match a milder zone.
We're straightforward about what we do and don't do. If a door is cosmetically fine but the opener is fifteen years past its reasonable service life, we'll tell you replacement is the better math rather than nursing it along with a parts repair that costs nearly as much. We don't sell extras you didn't ask for, and we don't pad a simple spring job into something bigger than it is.
With roughly 52,452 owner-occupied houses among the area's 102,758 households, and a median household income of $129,480, this is a market where people tend to own their homes long enough to deal with a garage door more than once. We'd rather earn the second call by being honest on the first one.
The Short Version
We fix and replace garage doors and openers in Highlands Ranch and the surrounding towns listed above
Within a reasonable drive of 200 Plaza Dr. The housing here mostly dates to 1938-2005, heavy on 1960s-70s construction, which means we spend a lot of our time on original hardware that's simply aged out - not defective, just old.
Call (720) 538-5265 if a spring snapped, a cable frayed, or an opener quit mid-cycle
We'll tell you straight whether it's a repair or whether the door's earned its retirement. That's the whole pitch. No anniversary, no slogan, just the work and the area we know.
